Change of Name

I would like to change my name from "Gerlyn" to "Jhing". Also, there are typographical errors on "The list of questions" portion. .

My suggestions:.
Use Capital letters on headers or capitalize the first letter.
Example: Instead of "forum" change it to "Forum, title to Title, detail to Detail,etc.
