How much are the fees?

Available for 1,000 yen per month (1,000 yen = 1,000 points). After registering a plan, you will be able to reserve lessons. You can register a plan from My Page > Manage Plans. After payment, 1,000 points will be available as time-limited points valid for one month only. You can cancel your plan at any time from the same location. (Please note that if you re-register after cancellation, you will be charged 1,000 yen again.)
If you do not have enough points to reserve a lesson, you can purchase additional points.
500 yen (500 points), 1000 yen (1000 points), 5000 yen (5000 points). Please note that points purchased for additional purchases are valid for 60 days; after 60 days, the points will expire.

I registered and logged in, but I cannot book a lesson.

Is there a free trial?

Yubikitas is a community that does not require experience or certification, but you can check the instructor's profile section to see their experience and qualifications.

How are the effects of time differences taken into account?

When you register for an account, you will be asked to select your location and time zone, and we will use that information. Please note that if you are unable to take lessons due to a registration error, you will not be eligible for changes, cancellations, or refunds.

Do you offer advanced level courses?

Some instructors may have advanced level lessons available. Please check the lesson description. If you find it difficult during the lesson, please let the instructor know and he/she may be able to adapt the lesson to your level.

Is there any content useful for international students and immigrants?

There are plans to develop other services such as YK Support and YK Abroad.

How can I take lessons?

After the lesson reservation is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation e-mail to your registered e-mail address. You will find the tutor's Skype account information (ID and registration link) there. Please add the tutor's Skype account well in advance of the lesson. If you have added the tutor's Skype account, you will receive a Skype call from the tutor during the lesson time on the day of the lesson.

What should I do if I can't add my tutor's Skype account before the lesson?

If the tutor's Skype information is incorrect and you cannot add a Skype account, please go to "My Page" > "Reservation" > "Details" in Yubikitas, and at the bottom of the details page, there is a function to send a message. If you do not receive a reply from the tutor, please contact the tutor. If you do not receive a reply from the tutor and you are unable to take the lesson, please contact us with your student ID, username, reserved lesson date and time, and the tutor's name.
