    Agree that instructors are freelancers and “are not employed by Yubikitas,” and “tax filing is the individual’s responsibility and should be handled in accordance with the laws of each country.”
    Agree that “the cost related to the freelancer’s tax return is separate from Yubikitas’ Operation fee.”
    Agree that “instructors set their own business hours, schedule, and lesson fees.”
