Hello everyone! My name is Tiaza, and I am thrilled to introduce myself as your ESL teacher. Teaching English as a Second Language is not just a profession for me; it is my passion and a rewarding experience that I hold dear to my heart.

I come from a diverse background with a strong foundation in language and cultural understanding. Growing up in a multicultural environment, I developed a deep appreciation for the power of language in connecting people from different walks of life. This fascination led me to pursue a Bachelor's degree in English Literature and Education, equipping me with the necessary knowledge and skills to teach English effectively.

Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with students of varying age groups and proficiency levels. From young learners taking their first steps in English to adult professionals aiming to enhance their communication skills, I have gained valuable experience tailoring my teaching methods to meet the unique needs of each individual.

My teaching philosophy revolves around creating an engaging and inclusive learning environment where students feel comfortable taking risks and actively participating in their language journey. I believe in fostering a student-centered approach, encouraging interaction, and providing ample opportunities for practice and real-life application of the language. By employing a variety of teaching strategies, such as multimedia resources, role-plays, and group activities, I aim to make each lesson dynamic and enjoyable.

皆さん、こんにちは！ESLの先生として自己紹介できることをとても嬉しく思っています。第二外国語として英語を教えることは、私にとって単なる職業ではなく、情熱であり、やりがいのある経験です。

私は多様なバックグラウンドを持ち、言語と文化理解における強い基盤を持っています。多文化的な環境で育った私は、異なる立場の人々をつなぐ言語の力を深く理解するようになりました。この魅力に惹かれて英文学と教育学の学士号を取得し、英語を効果的に教えるために必要な知識とスキルを身につけました。

長年にわたり、さまざまな年齢層や習熟度の生徒と接する機会に恵まれました。英語の第一歩を踏み出そうとしている若い学習者から、コミュニケーション・スキルの向上を目指す社会人まで、一人ひとりのユニークなニーズに合わせて指導方法を調整する貴重な経験を積んできました。

私の教育理念は、生徒が安心してリスクを冒し、積極的に言語の旅に参加できるような、魅力的で包括的な学習環境を作ることです。生徒中心のアプローチを育み、相互作用を奨励し、言語の練習と実生活への応用のための十分な機会を提供することを信条としています。マルチメディア教材、ロールプレイ、グループ活動など、さまざまな教授法を用いることで、各レッスンをダイナミックで楽しいものにすることを目指しています。

さらに、私自身が外国語を勉強していたときに経験したことで、言語学習者が直面する課題を理解しています。この共感力により、生徒が遭遇する可能性のあるあらゆる懸念や困難に対処することができ、生徒が障害を克服し、言語目標を達成できるよう、個人的なサポートや指導を提供することができます。

指導経験に加え、ESL教育における最新の教育学的傾向や方法論にも常に注意を払っています。学会に出席し、専門的な開発ワークショップに参加し、継続的に学習することで、指導技術を磨き、生徒に最高の教育経験を提供できるようにしています。
