My student didnt show up

I'm connected to the skipe, I call him via video call but he doesn't answer. How I should proceed? Tks.

When you cannot connect your students due to students cause even your lesson is booked,you need to open your slot as decided to make the lesson. On the other hand, your lesson is recognised as complete if students could not attend your lesson.
